Refund policy

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at contact@partyhoot.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns should be sent to: Party Hoot, 12721 Barrett Dr, Tampa, Florida, 33624.

Return Shipping Costs
If your item arrived damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, return shipping is free. We'll send you a prepaid return label and make it right.
For all other returns (for example, if you changed your mind or need a different size), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping on your original order is always free.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized products and gift cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items either. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We're happy to exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet the same conditions as returns: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. To start an exchange, contact us at contact@partyhoot.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead. If your item arrived damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, the exchange is free, including return shipping. For all other exchanges, the customer pays return shipping and we ship the replacement free. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact@partyhoot.com.
